Jaeyong Lee is the head of the IT service management team LG CNS in South Korea. When he assumed that role and the CIO role for LG CNS in early 2021, he formed a new team that's responsible for LG CNS’s service management process setup, “Next ITSM System” maintenance, and service management consulting services to customers.
An LG vetran, Jaeyong managed IT systems for LG customers for 12 years before he became the project manager of the company’s ServiceNow implementation project. He also led LG CNS’s information strategy team for over a decade until he took over the CIO role.
