Jaime Honaker is a senior staff technical editor for support and product success at ServiceNow. As part of the knowledge management team, where she's been for the past five years, she shares knowledge management best practices in customer support, including ServiceNow user groups (SNUGs) and other channels. 

Jaime's favorite part of her job is hearing customer feedback stories (both good and bad) and empowering the customer support teams to use this knowledge to create a better customer experience.
