A futurist and storyteller, Jim Van Over works as an innovation strategist in the Chief Innovation Office for ServiceNow. In his role, Jim challenges the status quo of the world of work by encouraging new ways of thinking for ServiceNow customers, partners, and alliances.
As a hands-on practitioner, he is passionate about maintaining a growth mindset, never standing still, and helping people and organizations. In addition, he’s a founding member of Work Forward, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the future of work.
