John brings a rare blend of practitioner credibility and technology leadership to the future of work. At Amazon, he led more than 5,500 people across 30-plus countries to build one of the most complex, high-volume hiring engines in the world.  He founded JP3 Ventures to advise and invest in human capital innovation, and then he went on to senior leadership roles in HR tech.
