Jon Williams

Jon Williams is a senior product marketing manager in Security Operations for ServiceNow. He has more than 13 years of experience in cybersecurity and has served in multiple roles within the industry. 

Jon has been at ServiceNow since 2017 and previously spent eight years in the United States Air Force. There, he served as both a signals intelligence analyst and a cybersecurity intelligence analyst at the National Security Agency (NSA). During his tenure as a cybersecurity analyst, he worked in the Threat Operations Center, the NSA’s own Security Operations Center (SOC).
