Justin Paul is the global head of industry solutions—telecom at ServiceNow. He’s passionate about explaining how technology can deliver value to end users and believes use cases and business cases are the most compelling way to drive new technology adoption.

Justin has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years, including at Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, and UK TETRA (Airwave). He also served as an independent consultant running innovation programs for the Scottish Government.
