With more than 25 years of experience at SAP, SAP Ariba, and Coupa, Kirsten has developed many software solutions to modernize, digitize, and optimize procurement processes and supply chains through technology. At ServiceNow, she continues to work with Fortune 100 customers to shape new workflow experiences for the source-to-pay process.
