Kristen Hoyt, Senior Product Marketing Specialist for IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow

Kristen joined ServiceNow in October 2017 and is a senior product marketing specialist for IT Service Management (ITSM). Before her role in product marketing for ITSM, she served on the ServiceNow sales team, where she worked with customers daily to uncover their challenges and pitched the value of the Now Platform for IT. 

Today, Kristen is now focused on customer messaging and advocacy, go-to-market strategy and planning, web content, and sales enablement. As a native Californian, she loves all things yoga and dogs and currently lives in San Diego.
