Kristen Knepper Bahbahani is the head of the ServiceNow NextGen Professionals Program, which trains and facilitates employment for those traditionally marginalized from the tech industry. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Kristen founded her own diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultancy, focusing on the advancement of women in corporate spaces. She's also an inaugural co-chair of ServiceNow’s Women at Now belonging group.
