With more than 20 years of experience in product management and engineering, Neelima specializes in enterprise security across endpoints, network, and security operations centers.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Neelima served as vice president of product management at Zscaler and Palo Alto Networks, leading strategy and vision for various cybersecurity product portfolios.
