Neeraj Jain

Neeraj Jain is the director of product management for hyperscalers and multicloud at ServiceNow. He thrives on wearing an "engineering and design” hat for product creation and a "business and strategy” hat for growth, a dual skill set that has enabled him to scale product portfolios from $0 to more than $1 billion annual recurring revenue.

With more than 15 years of experience, Neeraj is deeply familiar with the hyperscaler ecosystem, having pioneered the public cloud business at MicroStrategy, Teradata, and ServiceNow from scratch. He also negotiated complex strategic enterprise agreements with providers including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud to enhance product performance, availability, and customer value.
