Before joining ServiceNow in early 2020, Paul spent more than seven years at Under Armour in various senior leadership roles, including chief digital officer, chief information officer, and as the company’s first chief experience officer. He envisioned and led many of the company’s most important strategic initiatives, including global e-commerce growth, company-wide digital transformation, the launch of connected products, and the creation of a digital subscription business model.
