Russ Blaesing

Russ Blaesing is the senior manager of ITSM governance at ServiceNow. He leads the ITSM governance team and oversees all ITSM practices for ServiceNow corporate IT.

Previously, Russ spent four years as a principal business process consultant for ServiceNow Professional Services, where he worked with numerous global customers to define and implement their ITSM, service asset and configuration management, performance analytics, and custom application processes. Before that. he managed the Now Platform at a world-class university.

Russ is ITIL-4 certified, a certified ServiceNow System Administrator and ITSM Implementation Specialist, a Scrum Product Owner, and a Scrum Master.
