Sarah Tilley is senior vice president of global talent acquisition at ServiceNow. She leads an integrated talent organization—including external recruitment, internal mobility, learning and development (inclusive of leadership development), and talent and succession planning—to guide ServiceNow forward on a skills-based talent strategy. She and her teams are responsible for holistically looking across the employee talent lifecycle to ensure delivery on what matters most to them while also meeting the talent needs of ServiceNow’s critical business priorities.
