Tara Garson Flower is vice president of customer outcomes for ServiceNow Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) and a core member of the APJ leadership team. Tara leads the fast-growing ServiceNow consulting practice focused on guiding customers to success. She has a passion for technology, innovation, and transformation. 

Tara leverages a deep background with Agile frameworks to support customers in modernization and growth. She has experience in software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) technologies through leadership roles in software and services sales, consulting, and customer success. Based in Singapore, Tara has worked in the Asia Pacific region for many years and has lived and worked in Singapore, Australia, the UK, the US, and Thailand.
