Terry Brown leads the ServiceNow-Microsoft global go-to-market team.

Terry Brown leads the ServiceNow-Microsoft global go-to-market team and has been with ServiceNow for 15 years. He began his ServiceNow career in 2008 as the first account executive in the U.S. Midwest and was later the first client director when that program launched in 2013. 

Terry also served as assistant vice president of US Alliance Managers for the commercial, enterprise, and vertical markets. Prior to that, he served as global client director for General Electric.
