He is responsible for delivering a frictionless, consistent IT experience for employees and customers while providing high operational efficiency and productivity. His vision includes self-healing operations, where data-driven workflows and analytics accurately predict and prevent IT issues without human intervention. Tomer has more than 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise software as well as infrastructure engineering and operations.
