Vanessa Smith is a digital technology executive with more than 20 years of experience across sales and go-to-market functions. As president of ServiceNow.org, she leads an organization serving the global nonprofiit sector to use the power of technology to solve the world’s most challenging problems.

Vanessa joined ServiceNow in September 2020 as senior vice president of the strategic go-to-market organization before moving on to lead the industries and solution sales teams. Her philosophy that customer value and industry is a mindset is at the heart of her approach to end-to-end customer engagement across the relationship lifecycle.
