Amit Zavery is President, Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer of ServiceNow, where he leads the company's transformation into an AI-native enterprise platform. Leading an organization of more than 15,000 employees, he sets product vision and strategy, directs platform architecture, engineering and design, and oversees global operations.​

Since joining ServiceNow in October 2024, Zavery has led the delivery of agentic AI solutions that helped the company surpass $1 billion in AI annual contract value in 2026. He has expanded ServiceNow's addressable market through product development and acquisitions in data and analytics, cybersecurity, customer service and employee experience, and introduced autonomous IT to extend the company's leadership in technology workflows.​

Previously, Zavery was Vice President, General Manager and Head of Platform at Google Cloud and a member of the leadership team that grew it into the fourth-largest enterprise software company in the world, increasing annualized revenue more than fivefold, from $7 billion to $41 billion, while improving operating margins by more than 70 percentage points. Before Google, he spent 24 years at Oracle, as Executive Vice President where he led Cloud Infrastructure, Middleware, Java and Analytics, and oversaw more than 4,500 employees and a business generating over $6 billion in annual revenue.​

Over more than three decades in enterprise software, Zavery has built and scaled multibillion-dollar businesses, led the acquisition and integration of more than 40 companies, and guided organizations through successive technology shifts. Born and raised in India, and having worked in Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States, he brings a global perspective to building products, teams and businesses.​

Zavery serves on the board of Broadridge Financial Solutions, advises the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at The University of Texas at Austin, and is a Non-Executive Director on the London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG). He holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.​
