Bhavin Shah is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Moveworks and AI at ServiceNow. In this role, he leads the strategic integration and scaling of AI-powered automation across the ServiceNow and Moveworks platforms, ensuring the world’s largest enterprises can harness AI to simplify work and boost productivity.

A seasoned entrepreneur and technologist, Bhavin joined ServiceNow following a distinguished career building platforms that solve complex problems for people at work. He was the founding CEO of Moveworks, an agentic AI platform that helps organizations automate workflows and boost productivity across the enterprise.

Prior to Moveworks, Bhavin founded Refresh.io, a professional insights platform that was acquired by LinkedIn in 2015. His career is marked by a commitment to high-impact technology; he previously led global projects at LeapFrog, expanding educational technology to children worldwide.

A Silicon Valley native, Bhavin holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s degree in Education, Technology, and Business from Stanford University.
