As Chief Customer Officer and AI Enterprise Advisor, Chris Bedi works with the world’s largest enterprises to navigate AI-driven change and reimagine how work gets done in an AI-first world. He partners closely with customers as they transform their businesses using the ServiceNow AI Platform, built for business reinvention, helping leaders rethink operating models, redesign workflows, and build the data and governance foundations required to scale AI responsibly across the enterprise.

Chris brings a rare operator’s perspective to this role. From 2015 to 2024, he served as ServiceNow’s Chief Digital Information Officer, leading the company’s enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation to support rapid growth and global scale. That firsthand experience shapes his work with customers today, grounding strategy in what it actually takes to deploy AI in complex, real-world environments. In his advisory role, Chris also informs the evolution of the ServiceNow AI Platform, sharing direct customer insights and identifying where AI, automation, and workflow innovation can unlock new outcomes—ensuring the platform continues to power meaningful business reinvention.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Chris served as Chief Information Officer at JDS Uniphase, where he led the stabilization and transformation of a complex global organization, rebuilding IT as a strategic function and supporting a major corporate restructuring. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at VeriSign, including CIO, Vice President of Corporate Development, and Vice President of Human Resource Operations, bringing an enterprise-wide perspective shaped by operating leadership, M&A, and divestiture experience. Chris began his career at KPMG Consulting and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
