Gina Mastantuono is President and Chief Financial Officer of ServiceNow and one of the only women in the Fortune 500 leading both Finance and Corporate Strategy & Development. Promoted to the dual role in January 2025 after serving six years as CFO, she is a central architect of the company’s long-term growth strategy, financial architecture, and AI-driven transformation. She reports to Chairman and CEO Bill McDermott and serves on the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Mastantuono leads a global organization spanning financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, procurement, real estate, enterprise strategy, and corporate development. Under her leadership, ServiceNow has scaled to $15 billion in revenue, joined the S&P 100, and strengthened its position as a defining enterprise technology platform. She has helped transform Finance & Strategy into a proactive, AI-powered decision engine guiding the company’s growth and scale.

In 2025, she led two of the most significant transactions in the company’s history—the acquisitions of Moveworks and Armis—further accelerating ServiceNow’s leadership in AI and enterprise automation. She also guides the company’s frontier AI investment strategy and oversees ServiceNow Ventures, a billion-dollar corporate venture fund focused on category-defining innovation. A champion of responsible AI adoption, she authored ServiceNow’s AI-Native Finance & Strategy Playbook and has helped embed automation and trusted data across the company’s operating model.

Before joining ServiceNow, Mastantuono served as EVP and CFO of Ingram Micro, International CFO at Revlon, and held leadership roles at InterActiveCorp and Ernst & Young. Across each chapter of her career, she has blended disciplined financial stewardship with bold strategic vision, building a reputation as a modern enterprise leader who challenges outdated playbooks and expands the scope of enterprise leadership.

A first-generation college graduate of SUNY Albany, where she earned degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, Mastantuono is deeply committed to developing the next generation of leaders. She co-founded The Next Seat, an executive forum launching in March 2026 designed to prepare rising executives for Fortune 500 CFO roles.

She serves on the boards of Roblox and Gong as Audit Committee Chair, and is a limited partner at Operator Collective, supporting and investing in emerging founders. Her leadership has been recognized nationally: she was named a 2026 CNBC Changemaker, to the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Power 100, the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology, and CRN’s Power 100, and was honored as CFO of the Year (Public Company, Large) by the San Francisco Business Times.

Based on the West Coast with her husband and two sons, Mastantuono is a vocal advocate for resilience, health, and performance—believing that sustained leadership excellence requires both strategic clarity and personal discipline.
