Jeff Hausman is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Technology Workflow Products at ServiceNow, where he leads the company’s largest productportfolio powering digital operations for enterprises worldwide, spanning Service Management (ITSM), Operations Management (ITOM), Asset Management (ITAM),and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Jeff brings more than 30 years of experience building and scaling enterprisetechnology platforms. Over the course of his career, he has led large globalproduct and engineering organizations as well as multi-billion-dollar business unitsacross the infrastructure, operations, security, and data management markets.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Jeff served as Chief Product Development Officerat PagerDuty, where he led product management, engineering, and design forthe company’s Operations Cloud platform. Previously, he held senior leadershiproles at Samsara, ServiceNow, McAfee, Symantec/Veritas, and Hewlett-Packard,and began his career in consulting, including at Booz Allen Hamilton. Jeff has alsoserved as both CEO and COO of early-stage technology companies.

Throughout his career, Jeff has helped drive growth and innovation during majorindustry transitions—from the rise of SaaS and cloud platforms to today’s shifttoward AI- and agent-driven enterprise systems. He focuses on helping organizations operate with greater resilience, intelligence, and automation whiledelivering products customers love that transform how work gets done.

Jeff holds dual degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He lives in the Bay Area and enjoys travel, skiing, and tennis.
