John Aisien is an enterprise software executive, leader and company builder, with a track record of successfully imagining, building, and scaling software businesses—from early-stage ventures to fledgling and established businesses in public companies of global scope.

At ServiceNow, John leads cross-workflow outbound product management. His team represents the Product & Engineering teams for the ServiceNow platform and all dependent workflows with the global field organization, customers, partners, prospects & key market influencers. His teams’ areas of focus include cross-workflow solution definition & GTM execution support, pricing & packaging optimization, managing strategic partnership for the Product organization & managing AI GTM and forward-deployed engineering teams, to drive usage of ServiceNow data, workflow & AI building blocks across select strategic customers.

Before ServiceNow, John ran Microsoft’s threat intelligence product & engineering teams, prior to which he co-founded & ran Blue Cedar, a privately held mobile app security innovator. His earlier roles include senior leadership and product strategy roles at Mocana, Oracle, and Thor, an identity management pioneer that was acquired by Oracle.

John holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin.
