Krishna Gidwani is Chief Strategy Officer at ServiceNow, where he leads corporate strategy and corporate development. He brings more than 30 years of experience scaling global enterprises through organic innovation and inorganic transactions. Throughout his career, he has driven value by launching new business models and products while executing dozens of acquisitions, investments, and partnerships that have increased revenue and enterprise value.

Prior to ServiceNow, Krishna served as Vice President and Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and Ventures at Everpure (formerly Pure Storage), where he advised its C-suite and Board and led strategic growth initiatives in the AI, cloud, and data infrastructure sectors.

Before joining Everpure, Krishna held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Apax. Krishna started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he specialized in M&A. He then spent five years at Sand Hill Road investment firms, facilitating over a dozen exits, including IPOs and acquisitions.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Krishna was a founding partner of a private equity investment firm and was a member of the research staff at the Institute for Defense Analyses and the Aerospace Corporation. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University, where he earned a Master of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in Economics.
