Michael Park is a transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations and the people within them thrive through pivotal technology transitions—translating complexity into clear actions to drive momentum. At ServiceNow, he has led three successive enterprise-wide transformations, each time reorienting a critical function around AI to drive growth, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable customer outcomes at scale.

As SVP, Global Partnerships and Channels, Michael is transforming ServiceNow's global partner ecosystem into an AI-led growth engine—accelerating revenue, expanding routes to market, and repositioning partnerships as integral, not additive, to how the company wins. Under his leadership, ServiceNow has significantly strengthened partner readiness and increased AI adoption across the ecosystem. In recognition of this impact, Michael was named to CRN's 2026 Channel Chiefs list and selected among the 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs.

Previously, as SVP and Global Head of AI Go-To-Market, Michael built ServiceNow's first dedicated AI GTM function, establishing the strategy and structure to help customers discover, adopt, and realize the value of the company's AI portfolio during a defining inflection point in enterprise AI.

As CMO, Michael drove a bold evolution of ServiceNow's marketing strategy—launching the brand movement "The World Works with ServiceNow," building a data-driven, solutions-oriented approach across the full marketing stack, and connecting the company's brand story to its platform and AI-led vision. Forbes recognized his impact by naming him one of the world's "50 Top Entrepreneurial CMOs."

Prior to ServiceNow, Michael drove growth and transformation in senior product, sales, and marketing leadership roles at Microsoft, Oracle (Siebel), EagleView, HP, and SAP—consistently leading teams through major technology transitions and emerging stronger on the other side.

Michael serves on the Board of Directors of Digimarc, where he sits on the Governance, Nominating and Sustainability, and Compensation and Talent Management Committees. He began his career at Procter & Gamble and holds a master's degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Rochester.
