Pat Casey one of the founders of ServiceNow, joined the company in 2006.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Pat works at the intersection of technology strategy and market reality. He advises ServiceNow's leadership on how to apply the company's platform to the most consequential business problems facing enterprises today, and advocates for that vision working closely with customers, partners, and the broader technology community.

A visionary technologist, Pat has been instrumental in several key accomplishments in his time at ServiceNow. He worked with Fred Luddy on the creation of the Glide platform (now called ServiceNow AI Platform), which simplified the process of building enterprise business applications, led the development of RaptorDB — ServiceNow’s high-performance database offering, and oversaw the integration of AI-based Large Language Models (LLMs) into ServiceNow’s platform and products, empowering users to solve complex business challenges.

Before joining ServiceNow, Pat worked at Peregrine Systems, Inc. as the Product Author of the application suite, as well as Adobe Systems.
