Pat Casey, one of the founders of ServiceNow, joined the company in 2006.

As Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Dev Ops, he leads a global team of over 9,000 employees driving innovations and products that are transforming customer outcomes. The team includes AI, product, and quality engineering, developer productivity, cloud services, advanced technologies, and customer service and support.

A visionary technologist, Pat has been instrumental in several key accomplishments in his time at ServiceNow. He worked with Fred Luddy on the creation of the Glide platform (now called ServiceNow AI Platform), which simplified the process of building enterprise business applications, led the development of RaptorDB — ServiceNow’s high-performance database offering, and oversaw the integration of AI-based Large Language Models (LLMs) into ServiceNow’s platform and products, empowering users to solve complex business challenges.

Before joining ServiceNow, Pat worked at Peregrine Systems, Inc. as the Product Author of the application suite, as well as Adobe Systems.
