Paul Fipps brings over 20 years' experience driving technology-led business transformation to enhance customer experience and accelerate growth. As President of Global Customer Operations at ServiceNow, he leads Global Sales, Customer Success, Partner Ecosystems, and Field Operations—empowering organizations to unlock value through the ServiceNow AI Platform.

Most recently, Paul served as EVP of Worldwide Sales, where he led global go-to-market teams and helped scale ServiceNow’s growth engine. He previously launched the value acceleration solution, ServiceNow Impact, and as President of Global Industries and Strategic Growth, drove 40% of company revenue while co-creating solutions with top global customers.

Before joining ServiceNow, Paul was Chief Experience Officer at Under Armour, overseeing global Direct-to-Consumer, Connected Fitness, and digital experiences. His leadership approach—mission first, team second, self third—was shaped by his service in the U.S. Army. Paul holds a B.S. in Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. He is a graduate of The Wharton School's Advanced Management Program.
