ServiceNow expects all live and digital event attendees (which includes, but is not limited to, ServiceNow personnel, speakers, sponsors, vendors, customers and partners) to foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment at ServiceNow events. All ServiceNow event attendees must behave in a professional manner at all times, in accordance with these Event Conduct Expectations, their respective employer’s code of conduct (and any other policies governing appropriate workplace behavior), and applicable laws, terms and conditions. All ServiceNow personnel are required to abide by the ServiceNow Code of Ethics as well as all other applicable ServiceNow policies and procedures.
Unacceptable Behavior
Behaviors that are not tolerated at ServiceNow events include, but are not limited to, the following:

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
In the event that an attendee engages in unacceptable behavior, ServiceNow may take any action they deem appropriate. For live events, this may include removal from the event without refund. For digital events, this may include restricted access of the digital event platform. If an event attendee is removed from a live event or restricted from accessing the digital event platform, for engaging in unacceptable behavior, ServiceNow may prohibit that event attendee from participating in any future ServiceNow events, training or other activities, including any events for which the event attendee is already registered.
In relation to any ServiceNow employees or contingent workers, failure to comply with these Event Conduct Expectations, and any other applicable rules or policies, may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or engagement.
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior
If you wish to raise a complaint or concern about any unacceptable behavior at a ServiceNow event, whether you were the subject of or a witness of such behavior, please locate a ServiceNow employee or security personnel immediately. These Event Conduct Expectations may be revised by ServiceNow at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, and the terms are non‑negotiable. By registering for or attending any ServiceNow event, you confirm your agreement to abide by these Event Conduct Expectations.
