Sales Kickoff 2027 (SKO27) takes place Tuesday, January 19 through Thursday, January 21, 2027, at the following location:

Mandalay Bay Convention Center
3950 S. Las Vegas Blvd
Las Vegas, NV 89119
Where is my invitation?
Sales Kickoff is invitation-only, mandatory, and limited to quota-carrying Global Field team members over the age of 21. Invitations are sent out on a rolling basis. Many events will require a government-issued ID. No guests will be allowed to attend any portion of SKO27. 
What can I expense?
For complete information regarding travel expense reimbursement, review the SKO27 Travel and Expense Policy.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
To be reimbursed for your travel, please schedule your arrangements as indicated on the travel grid in your invitation.

Personal trip extensions must be reviewed and approved by your manager before booking. If approved, any costs outside of the approved travel and stay dates are to be expensed separately. 
How do I book air travel?
Air travel must be booked using the regional booking tool/CWT to be reimbursed. Please note that manager approval is not required to book flights to SKO27. 

Refer to the Sales Kickoff 2027 Air Travel Booking Guide and adhere to the Sales Kickoff 2027 Travel and Expense Policy.
How do I book my hotel accommodations?
Register and book your hotel through this site during registration. Do not book with the hotel or via the regional booking tool/CWT, as outside bookings will not be reimbursed.  

For changes after booking, you can check hotel availability through the hotel booking link in your Attendee Portal. We cannot accommodate hotel changes if your desired hotel is sold out. 
How do I get an international business travel visa?
Visit the SKO Resource Center for Business Travel Support letters and authorization contacts.
