It’s very important to review the Sales Kickoff 2025 Travel and Expense Policy before heading to SKO. Here are some expert tips:
Hotels
- Booking your hotel a day ahead for “early check in” will result in a no-show fee which cannot be expensed.
- You will receive a separate email that contains your hotel information prior to arrival in Las Vegas.
Travel
- Upgrades to premium economy, business class, or first class must be paid at your expense and will not be reimbursed. Any non-business-related flight changes are also at your own expense.
- Taxi, Uber, and Lyft rides will be reimbursed. Rental cars will not.
Meals
- Meals will be provided throughout SKO25 starting with the Tuesday night Welcome Reception. The only exception is Wednesday’s Networking Night dinner when you may expense up to US$125 per person. You may not expense any other meals during this period.
- Room service, bar tabs, and entertainment expenses will also not be reimbursed.
Don’t forget to bring your water bottle to SKO. There will be water hydration stations located throughout the venue with compostable cups. Thank you for helping us reduce waste.

- Safeguard ServiceNow customer information—Not all customers have given permission to share use case details publicly. Treat customer information contained in presentation materials as confidential—It’s not to be shared publicly, over social channels, or used as marketing collateral.
- Exercise caution about what you share on social media—Refrain from sharing sensitive information about the company and use discretion when posting photos or updates. The use of video or photography is prohibited during all keynote and breakout presentations.
