Badge Pick-Up
Pick up your badge at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in the Bayside Foyer, Level 1. Your event badge must be worn at all times for access to SKO26 sessions and activities. Please make sure to have your government-issued photo ID.

Mobile Apps for SKO26

This year, there are two mobile apps that you will be using at SKO. Please read instructions below and make sure to download both apps before you arrive on-site.

ServiceNow Events App: For all your event information

On your mobile phone, click on the following links to download the "ServiceNow Events" app in the Apple or Google app store for an optimal event experience.

Here are some key tips for using the app:
1. Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Once you enter the code, you can use the app to see your personal agenda, view maps, and get updates.

2. An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this on-site at Badge Pick-Up for a more efficient experience.

3. Click “Networking” on the home screen navigation and opt-in to Messaging to find and communicate with other attendees.

Claude Mobile App: For your sales enablement sessions

Get ready for your sales enablement sessions in 3 easy steps:

  1. Go the App store and download the Claude app to your mobile phone
  2. Activate your Enterprise Claude account using SSO
  3. Access your ServiceNow AI Sales Coach for your Learning Playground Experience at SKO. You must be activated to participate in the demo at SKO. When ServiceNow AI Sales Coach officially launches after SKO, you'll be able to access your own accounts and unlock the full experience. SKO26 internet access
Connect your mobile devices to the conference Wi-Fi to avoid excessive data charges while attending SKO26. The Wi-Fi information listed below can also be found on your badge.

Meeting attire
Plan to wear business casual attire. January in Las Vegas averages highs around 59°F (15°C) and lows near 39°F (4°C), but temperatures can shift quickly. The conference center often runs cool, so pack warm layers. And wear comfortable shoes—you’ll be walking a lot!

Don’t forget to bring your reusable water bottle to SKO. Water hydration refill stations are located throughout the venue with compostable cups. Thank you for helping us reduce waste.
Travel & Expense Guidelines Expand All Collapse All Air travel
Need to make adjustments to your flight plans? Visit your regional booking tool or consult this article to contact CWT (our travel agency) directly. Departures should be planned for Friday, January 23. Employees should align departure travel with the hotel check-out time of 11:00 a.m.
Ground transportation
Travel from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to your hotel is your responsibility. Taxi, Uber, and Lyft will be reimbursed. Rental cars are not reimbursable for SKO26.
Hotel shuttles
Shuttles will run between the Park MGM, MGM Grand, the Signature, and the Mandalay Bay Convention Center Tuesday through Thursday at peak times during the day and evenings. Please consult the SKO26 mobile app for the shuttle schedule.
Travel & Expense Policy
It’s very important to review the Sales Kickoff 2026 Travel & Expense Policy before heading to SKO. Here are some expert tips:

Hotels:
- Booking your hotel a day ahead for “early check in” will result in a no-show fee which cannot be expensed.
- You will receive a separate email that contains your hotel information prior to arrival in Las Vegas.

Travel:
- Upgrades to premium economy, business class, or first class must be paid at your expense and will not be reimbursed. Any non-business-related flight changes are also at your own expense.
- Taxi, Uber, and Lyft rides will be reimbursed. Rental cars will not.

Meals:
- Meals are provided throughout SKO26, starting with the Tuesday night Welcome Reception. The only exception is Wednesday evening when you may expense up to US$125 per person. You may not expense any other meals.
- Room service, bar tabs, and entertainment expenses will not be reimbursed.

Refer to the Sales Kickoff 2026 Travel & Expense Policy for all other expense-related policies.

Enablement at SKO: AI-Native ServiceNow University Learning Experience
Wednesday at SKO, brought to you by ServiceNow University, is designed to help you win with AI, through hands-on learning that brings ServiceNow's market position as the AI Control Tower for Business Reinvention to life. Participate in the morning Industry, CEG, or Tech Summit (for Solution Consulting) breakouts, then join afternoon SKO Learning Playgrounds, where you'll work alongside partners to solve real business problems. The SKO Learning Playgrounds harness the power of the AI Sales Coach, Company Narrative, and Hero Play to unlock customer priorities, guide account strategy, and build a Mutual Plan.

Come prepared to SKO by completing the assigned Company Narrative eLearning, due January 30, and by downloading the Claude App to your mobile phone to access the AI Sales Coach.

How to attend

The Sellers Hub is available and encouraged for ALL attendees. You’ll find the hub centrally located in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Shoreline Exhibit Hall & Oceanside Ballroom, among networking zones, the Partner Brilliance Bar, ServiceNow University, and meals.

You can also join us for Spotlight Stage Mini Sessions, which are lightning-fast sessions on deal wins, executive briefing center mastery, partner plays, solutions and more, all curated to fuel your 2026 success.

You’ll be able to attend Tuesday – Thursday outside of your sessions and can locate specific hub highlights in the mobile app. Check out your agenda for more details regarding these mini sessions!

Translation services
Live translation, powered by Wordly, will be available using the QR code provided in your meeting rooms, including the main stage keynote venue.

Important! Wordly offers both audio and visual translation. For audio, please bring your own headset or headphones.

Final Night Celebration and Concert
Thursday night's festivities kick off with food and fun at our final night celebration from 6:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. Enjoy some great food and conversation at Michelob Ultra Arena before an incredible night of music. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the concert begins at 8:00 p.m. Badges are required for entry.
Giving back with ServiceNow Global Impact
Donate to World Central Kitchen and help us provide 20,000 meals in need. Visit the Sellers Hub Tuesday-Thursday in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and find the donation QR codes to participate.
