Clone provides customers the ability to copy data from one ServiceNow instance to another to validate changes, upgrades and to refresh sub-prod instances with the latest data from production. Adrian has been with ServiceNow since 2017 and has hands-on experience across development & instance administration tools on the Now Platform.
