Alberto Alvarado Sr Director, Software Engineering, ServiceNow
Alberto is responsible for overseeing the user experience engineering teams in the Workflow Automation organization, which includes Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer, Playbook Experience, and Decision Management. He joined the ServiceNow family in May 2016 and has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of the organization over the past eight years. Alberto is originally from Mexico City and has been residing in San Diego since 2011.
