Brooks Hawkins Principal Inbound Product Manager, ServiceNow
Brooks is a Principal Product Manager on the App Engine team, focused on custom development governance. Prior to joining ServiceNow in March 2021, Brooks worked for a large oil and gas company, where she implemented and managed a citizen development program with over 300 citizen developers. After 5+ years working as an IT admin, Brooks is passionate about creating products that allow IT admins to non-intrusively set guardrails while also safeguarding their platform, making both IT and the business successful.
