With 10+ years experience on ServiceNow Daniel has seen a lot of the platform. It started with implementing ServiceNow in a manufacturing industry as internal project manager before he joined ServiceNow in 2013 as the first Technical Consultant in Switzerland. Since then worked on numerous projects across EMEA as consultant and architect. Since 2021 Daniel took the position of Product Success Manager for Creator Workflows with a strong focus on Automation Engine and general Platform topics.
