Edua Dickerson is the Vice President of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Finance Strategy at ServiceNow. In her role, she is responsible for developing, activating, and overseeing the integrated ESG strategy and initiatives. She also creates and manages key activities to enable the Finance organization to operate effectively at scale. Edua and her team incorporate ESG strategy across the internal enterprise and serve as customer zero for all relevant ESG-related solutions. She is also responsible for driving social impact, focusing on collaboration and collective action.
