Jacquie Hersch is ServiceNow's Industry Marketing Leader for Financial Services. Jacquie monitors the needs of financial institutions, to inform the solutions that ServiceNow brings to market. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Jacquie held roles in Client Experience, Product Development, Business Development and Business Strategy and Marketing at firms including First Data, Fiserv and American Express. Jacquie earned her M.B.A. in Marketing at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and is an adjunct faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
