Jackie Policastro is the HR People Operations Regional Coordinator for US & CA responsible for the regional deployment of HR4You, BASF’s Global implementation of ServiceNow for delivering HR Services. In this role, Jackie is responsible for delivering HR Knowledge as a Service effective implementation of HR Case Management and driving the adoption and utilization of the new HR4You Employee Portal. Jackie spent her career in HR with a passion for HR Services, driving efficiency through people, processes and technology, always focused on a positive employee experience.
