Jingtong is a senior user researcher with over 5 years of industry experience. He worked as a researcher at Chewy, an online retailer of pet supplies, where he led research in B2B pet health and built experiences for animal adoption and veterinarians. Currently leading research in cloud solutions at ServiceNow, Jingtong uncovers pain points and gaps in the cloud space to help ServiceNow customers achieve cloud transformation success. He is an avid outdoor lover and an amateur road cyclist, who tries his best to make every bike trip end at a bakery.
