John joined ServiceNow after nearly 10 years at Salesforce, where most recently he served as the Executive Vice President Product & General Manager of their AI platform and applications known as Einstein. Prior to that, he led their customer service product line, and spearheaded the acquisition and product strategy for Service Cloud.
