Since joining in 2020, he has led the company's global ethics and compliance program, which focuses on driving business impact while leveraging automation. He oversees key functions that empower business growth, such as sales and partner governance, export & trade regulation, and data governance, as well as foundational programs such as anti-bribery and corruption, regulatory change management, and ethics awareness. John has held past leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, TD Ameritrade, and Robinhood.
