For nearly 15 years, Nidhi has worked as a ServiceNow practitioner and product owner. She brings a unique perspective to her role at ServiceNow, having been both a customer and an employee. She currently works as a product owner within the DT Emerging Technology Group (ETG) where she drives the requirements her organization needs to innovate and deliver new features on the Now Platform. In addition, she curates and delivers feedback to product organizations. Nidhi works closely with cross-functional teams to enable them and help them adopt newly innovated ServiceNow products and features.
