Sheri Kahn is the VP of Product and Solutions Marketing for Customer and Employee Workflows. She and her team are committed to helping organizations deliver outstanding customer and employee experiences, innovate around customer needs, and build loyalty. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Sheri was the SVP of Product and Industry Marketing at Medallia, leading that function for the firm, and spent over 5 years at Salesforce where she held the roles of VP Product Marketing, Marketing Cloud and VP of Pricing Strategy.? Previously, Sheri was the GM of Small Business at Simply Hired and a VP of Client Experience at Charles Schwab, and she held a series of strategy and consulting roles earlier in her career at Visa, Monitor Company and Charles River Associates.?Sheri holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the university�s Wharton School of Business.
