For changes to your badge information, visit your Attendee Portal ---> Registration Summary section. Then click the pencil icon to complete any necessary edits to your name, title, or company prior to arriving on-site.
Download the mobile app
Before you arrive, download our mobile app, “ServiceNow Events." It has everything you need for a smooth event experience. See your personal agenda, the event venue map, highlights of the day, and get timely updates.

Using your mobile phone, search for the "ServiceNow Events" app in the Apple or Google app store:

To get started using the app:

1 - Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Enter the code, and you’re ready to use the app.

2 - An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app — use this on-site at Badge Pick-up to receive your badge.

3 - Click ‘Networking’ on the home screen navigation and opt-in to Messaging. Use Messaging to find and communicate with other attendees.

What to wear
We recommend business casual attire for your day in Chicago. Consider bringing a light jacket or sweater. Wear comfortable shoes ─ you’ll be doing a lot of walking.
What should I bring?
Other than your mobile device, laptop, and chargers, we recommend you bring a reusable water bottle. We’ll have water refill stations throughout the venue.

Explore our knowledge-packed sessions, trainings, demos, and more with the Sessions Catalog. Filter topics, favorite the ones that interest you, and register for the sessions you’d like to attend. Added sessions will automatically appear in My Agenda. You can also add sessions directly from My Agenda based on open time slots in your personal schedule.
Session seating
Plan to arrive at your sessions at least five minutes early to secure your seat.

Most sessions provide first-come, first-served seating. Sessions marked "Save a seat" have limited seating, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible.

For sessions that are marked “full,” you are welcome to line up outside of the room in case any seats become available. There are no waitlists.
