Badge information

For changes to your badge information, visit your Attendee Portal, Registration Summary section. Then click the pencil icon to complete any necessary edits to your name, title, or company prior to arriving onsite.

For faster service, present your QR code found in the event mobile app. Please bring your ID and use the email address you used to register for World Forum.

Always wear your badge while at the venue for access to World Forum sessions, Expo, and special activities. 

Get the mobile app

Using your mobile, search for the "ServiceNow Events" app in the Apple or Google app store for a smooth event experience. See your personal agenda, the event venue map, highlights of the day, and get timely updates.

To get started using the app:

1. Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Enter the code.

2. An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this on-site at Badge Pick-up to receive your badge.

3. Click "Networking" on the home screen navigation and opt in to Messaging. Use Messaging to find and communicate with other attendees.

What to wear

World Forum London is a business casual event. We recommend bringing a light jacket and wearing comfortable shoes—you'll be doing a lot of walking!

What to bring

Please bring your mobile device, as you’ll need it to access the mobile app throughout the event. If you’re participating in hands-on labs, be sure to bring your laptop and charger. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as refill stations will be available throughout the venue.

Session seating

Plan to arrive at your sessions at least five minutes early to secure your seat, as sessions are first-come, first-seated. Adding a session to your agenda does not guarantee your spot.

Your selections will appear in the mobile app in the "My Agenda" section. You can also add sessions directly from My Agenda based on open time slots in your personal schedule.
