By car, Exhibition Place is about ten minutes away from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, and about 30 minutes from Pearson Toronto International Airport.  

From downtown Toronto, it is five minutes by car, and a 15-20 minute walk. You can get there by bicycle, car, or local transit (TTC & GO Train).


Public transit:
The best way to Exhibition Place is via the Transit Hub. GO Transit and TTC are easily accessible, with two drop off points directly on the grounds.

Parking:
Underground parking is located on the east side of the Enercare Centre on the Exhibition grounds. It is $18.00 per day ($15.00 after 6:00 p.m.)
- If you plan to drive, arrive early to secure your spot.
- Use a navigation app and set your destination to Exhibition Place.
- Enter Enercare Centre Garage, Parking Lot 850 (east side of Enercare Centre).
- Once you’ve parked, follow the signs underground to Hall C/Hall D.
- Take the underground tunnel to the Automotive Building.
Badge information
For changes to your badge information, visit your Attendee Portal > Registration Summary section. Then click the pencil icon to complete any necessary edits to your name, title, or company prior to arriving on-site.

8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Automotive Building, Outside the Expo, in front of Ballroom B

Use the QR code in your mobile app for faster check-in, and bring a photo ID. If asked, provide the email address you used when you registered for the event.

Important: Give yourself extra time to walk to the 10:00 a.m. Keynote in the Enercare Building. Badge Pick-Up and the Keynote are in different buildings, so allow enough time to get there and find a seat.

Always wear your badge while at the venue for access to World Forum sessions, Expo, and special activities. 
Get the mobile app
Using your mobile phone, search for the "ServiceNow Events" app in the Apple or Google app store for a smooth event experience. See your personal agenda, the event venue map, highlights of the day, and get timely updates.

To get started using the app:

1. Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Enter the code, and you’re ready to use the app.

2.  An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this on-site at Badge Pick-Up to receive your badge.

3. Click "Networking" on the home screen navigation and opt-in to Messaging  to find and communicate with other attendees.

What to wear
We recommend business casual attire for your day in Toronto. There is a coat check available if you wish to bring a jacket. Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes─you’ll be doing a lot of walking.
What should I bring?
Please bring your mobile device, as you’ll need it to access the mobile app throughout the event. If you’re participating in hands-on labs, be sure to bring your laptop and charger. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as refill stations will be available throughout the venue.

Your selections will appear in the "My Agenda" section of the mobile app. You can add sessions directly from the app based on open time slots in your personal schedule.
Session seating
Most sessions are first-come, first-served. Seating begins five minutes before the sessions’ start time, so we recommend arriving early.

Sessions marked "save a seat" have limited seating, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible.

For sessions that are marked “full,” you are welcome to wait outside of the room in case any seats become available.
