Badge information

For changes to your badge information, visit your Attendee Portal, Registration Summary section. Then click the pencil icon to complete any necessary edits to your name, title, or company prior to arriving onsite.

Badge Pick-up

8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | Level 6, Lobby

For faster service, present your QR code found in the event mobile app. Please bring your ID and use the email address you used to register for World Forum.

Always wear your badge while at the venue for access to World Forum sessions, Expo, and special activities. 

Get the mobile app

Using your mobile phone, search for the "ServiceNow Events" app in the Apple or Google app store for a smooth event experience. See your personal agenda, the event venue map, highlights of the day, and timely updates.

To get started using the app:

1. Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Enter the code, and you’re ready to use the app.

2.  An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this onsite at Badge Pick-up to receive your badge.

3. Click "Networking" on the home screen navigation and opt in to Messaging to find and communicate with other attendees.

What to wear

We recommend business casual attire for your day in Toronto. Consider bringing a jacket or light sweater. Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes─you’ll be doing a lot of walking.

What should I bring?

Please bring your mobile device, as you’ll need it to access the mobile app throughout the event. If you’re participating in the Exchange Lab, be sure to bring your laptop and charger. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as refill stations will be available throughout the venue.

Session seating

Sessions are first-come, first-seated. Adding a session to your agenda does not guarantee your spot. Plan to arrive at least five minutes early to secure your seat.

Your selections will appear in the "My Agenda" section of the mobile app. You can add sessions directly from the app based on open time slots in your personal schedule.
