Will there be hands-on labs at World Forum Toronto?
Yes! At World Forum Toronto, Learning Labs will be offered as part of the event's session lineup. These hands-on experiences are designed for existing customers to engage directly with ServiceNow experts, explore real use cases, and build practical skills in a lab environment. Space is limited, and laptops are required for participation. To sign up for a Learning Lab,  simply build your personalized event agenda and add the labs  you'd like to attend through the My Agenda tool.

CreatorCon is the ultimate hands-on event for ServiceNow developers, admins, architects, and all practitioners looking to build smarter workflows and faster automation. How can I experience ServiceNow AI in action?
At CreatorCon, you’ll experience ServiceNow AI in action through mini labs and the HackZone, where you’ll build an AI Agent using real-world use cases. It’s your chance to see ServiceNow AI in action and walk away with something you built!
I’m new to ServiceNow AI Platform. Where do I start with CreatorCon?
If you are new to ServiceNow AI Platform, choose the CreatorCon Builder Track - designed for anyone to get started with no-code and low-code development on ServiceNow. Then join the ServiceNow Community to connect with peers, and explore the Developer Site for free instance and learning paths.
Do I need to bring anything to participate in CreatorCon?

Yes! CreatorCon is hands-on, and you’ll get the most out of it if you come prepared. We recommend bringing:

  • Your laptop – Required for labs and workshops
  • Power adapter/charger – Especially if you're traveling from another region
  • A tablet or phone – Highly recommended to use as a second screen for the lab guide. Otherwise, you’ll be switching tabs frequently on your laptop.
  • Your curiosity and excitement – You’re about to build some amazing things!

Additionally, you can stop by the Community Programs booth in the CreatorCon space on the World Forum Expo Show Floor to learn how you can join, or even start, a local chapter.

What are ServiceNow User Groups (SNUGs)?
ServiceNow User Groups (SNUGs) are in-person or virtual events where you can connect with peers, learn new skills, and grow your knowledge and network.
