Is World Forum a good fit if I want to learn more about ServiceNow?
Absolutely! World Forum is open to anyone interested in exploring what ServiceNow has to offer. It's a great opportunity to connect with experts, ask questions, and dive into the platform's AI capabilities.
What is CreatorCon?
CreatorCon is the ultimate hands-on event for ServiceNow developers, admins, architects, and all practitioners looking to build smarter workflows and faster automation. Get hands-on in AI labs, experience the possibilities of innovation at the HackZone, and connect with peers and experts from the Community. Have more questions about CreatorCon? Contatti us at CreatorCon@servicenow.com.
How can I experience ServiceNow AI in action?
At CreatorCon, you’ll experience ServiceNow AI in action through mini labs and the HackZone, where you’ll build an AI Agent using real-world use cases. It’s your chance to see ServiceNow AI in action and walk away with something you built!
I’m new to ServiceNow AI Platform. Where do I start with CreatorCon?
If you are new to ServiceNow AI Platform, choose the CreatorCon Builder Track - designed for anyone to get started with no-code and low-code development on ServiceNow. Then join the ServiceNow Community to connect with peers, and explore the Developer Site for free instance and learning paths
Do I need to bring anything to participate in CreatorCon?

Yes! CreatorCon is hands-on, and you’ll get the most out of it if you come prepared. We recommend bringing:

  • Your laptop – Required for labs and workshops
  • Power adapter/charger – Especially if you're traveling from another region
  • A tablet or phone – Highly recommended to use as a second screen for the lab guide. Otherwise, you’ll be switching tabs frequently on your laptop.
  • Your curiosity and excitement – You’re about to build some amazing things!

Additionally, you can stop by the Community Programs booth in the CreatorCon space on the World Forum Expo Show Floor to learn how you can join, or even start, a local chapter.

What are ServiceNow User Groups (SNUGs)?

ServiceNow User Groups (SNUGs) are in-person or virtual events where you can connect with peers, learn new skills, and grow your knowledge and network.

For World Forum 2025, SNUGs will enter a new era: SNUGs will now be led by Community members, not ServiceNow, making SNUGs truly led by the Community, for the Community. Join us at the SNUGs Social, a collaborative experience held during the networking reception at each World Forum event, designed for connection and Community-led good times.
