Yes! CreatorCon is hands-on, and you’ll get the most out of it if you come prepared. We recommend bringing:
- Your laptop – Required for labs and workshops
- Power adapter/charger – Especially if you're traveling from another region
- A tablet or phone – Highly recommended to use as a second screen for the lab guide. Otherwise, you’ll be switching tabs frequently on your laptop.
- Your curiosity and excitement – You’re about to build some amazing things!
Additionally, you can stop by the Community Programs booth in the CreatorCon space on the World Forum Expo Show Floor to learn how you can join, or even start, a local chapter.
ServiceNow User Groups (SNUGs) are in-person or virtual events where you can connect with peers, learn new skills, and grow your knowledge and network.
For World Forum 2025, SNUGs will enter a new era: SNUGs will now be led by Community members, not ServiceNow, making SNUGs truly led by the Community, for the Community. Join us at the SNUGs Social, a collaborative experience held during the networking reception at each World Forum event, designed for connection and Community-led good times.
