Badge Pick-Up

7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. | Convention Center, Lobby

Pick up your badge at the Convention Center Lobby. Your event badge must be worn at all times for access to sessions and activities. Please make sure to have your government-issued photo ID.
Get the mobile app
Using your mobile device, search for the "ServiceNow Events" app in the Apple or Google app store for an optimal event experience. Here are some key tips for using the app:

1. Open the app, then enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your email. Once you enter the code, you can use the app to see your personal agenda, view maps, and get updates.

2. An express check-in QR code will pop up when you open the app—use this on-site at Badge Pick-Up for a more efficient experience.

3. Click “Networking” on the home screen navigation and opt-in to Messaging to find and communicate with other attendees.

What to bring
Please bring your mobile device, as you’ll need it to access the mobile app throughout the event. If you’re participating in Learning Labs on March 6, be sure to bring your laptop and charger. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as refill stations will be available throughout the venue.

You may choose from valet or self-parking at the Gaylord National Garage, located at 201 Waterfront Street at National Harbor, MD. St. George, Mariner, and Fleet Garages at National Harbor offer additional spots. Please visit the venue website for more details.
Taxi/Rideshare
Tell your driver to drop you off in front of the Gaylord Resort at 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD. Please use the Maryland Ballroom entrance.
Shuttles
On March 5 only, complimentary shuttles will be available, running between the Gaylord and Metro Center, Navy Yard, and Pentagon Metro stops. Shuttles are available between 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and will pick up and drop off at the Gaylord Convention Center, Ballroom entrance. See the Metro stop details below:

Navy Yard: SE Corner of M & Half Streets SE
Pentagon: Metrobus Island, S. Rotary Rd

Airport shuttles are not available.
Public Transportation

Metro

  • Branch Ave Station – 8 miles to Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center
  • Braddock Road Station – 5 miles to Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center

Bus lines

There are three direct bus lines to National Harbor that run approximately every 30 minutes.

  • P94 National Harbor - Suitland
  • P90 St. Barnabas Rd
  • C11 S Capitol St

Train station

  • Amtrak Station ALX – 6 miles from station to Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center

Water Taxi

Water taxis are available between Old Town Alexandria or The Wharf and National Harbor. Departure and travel times may vary.

Government Forum attendees are eligible to receive continuing professional education (CPE) credits for the event. No advance preparation or prerequisites are required.

Learning Lab attendees are not eligible to receive CPE credits.

Be sure to bring your laptop—these are learn-by-doing experiences.
