To better understand how organizations are doing when it comes to customer and employee experience, ServiceNow and ThoughtLab conducted a survey of 1,000 global C-level executives working in five industries across 12 countries. Company sizes ranged from $350 million to more than $5 billion in annual revenue. We sorted respondents into three levels of maturity (beginners, intermediates, and leaders) based on key areas of customer experience correlated to benefits that they generated.
